Giselle is very knowledgeable and does a great job of breaking down the different services being provided in a friendly and easy to understand manner. Definitely recommend for thorough, detailed, and excellent service.
- FFFrankNov 5, 20251.0I went to this jiffy lube because I was there a year earlier and they did a quality oil change but not this time! I got my oil changed on a Saturday and came home and parked it, Sunday morning I checked my oil and it was a quart over, maybe more. I also looked under my car at the oil filter and oil had been running down the side, obviously leaking. I had to wait till Monday to go back because they were closed Sunday, I missed a trip I had planned on cause I was scared to drive it, blown seals and all could happen. The same guy that changed my oil was there, no body else had came to work yet. He gave me attitude from the start, I tried to explain what the problem was and he cut me off saying "I'll figure it out" he eventually brought a machine out and pumped a good quart out and called me out to say it's ready to go, I asked him did you check the oil filter, again with the attitude, "didn't you see me go down there" I believe that, #1- the oil filter wasn't changed thus the excess oil or, #2- the filter was changed but the housing wasn't cleaned, fresh oil on gasket and filter tightened properly or, #3- they just put too much oil in and didn't clean and tighten oil filter properly. I want this fixed but not by them at that store.
