I’m not giving 1 star because they told me they would give me a discount on the air filters and didn’t. I’ve been a jiffy lube customer since I could drive, and I’m giving them a 1 star review because during their upsell speech they casually said “Oh yeah, and your back left tire is bad. The rest are fine.” What they didn’t mention was that there was a nail going straight through my tire and that it was leaking air very quickly. I use my car for work and after driving for 4 hours I was down to 19 PSI. They let me drive away knowing my tire was going to fail. Negligent, and unsafe. Don’t trust them with your car, because that means trusting them with your life.
