During the service, the technician did not turn off the engine, which resulted in several fuses being blown. Because of this issue, my vehicle was not drivable, and I was unable to work as an Uber driver for an entire week. It is common practice and a basic safety procedure to turn off the engine when replacing a battery. I am very disappointed with the service I received at Jiffy Lube. Due to the inconvenience, lost income, and damage caused, I am requesting compensation in some form. I would appreciate your review of this matter and a prompt response. Thank you.

I authorized the work and they had it done the same day. Mike and his team communicated effectively throughout and did a fantastic job. Top notch!
