- CFChris Fortier2 days ago2.0After specifically asking the team to check the air pressure in my tires, to which I was told “of course, it’s part of the service” I saw my rear tire still looked low after I left. I checked the pressure ( 19 psi!!) and still had to add air myself. The attendant also told me my less than one year old wiper blades (rarely used as my car is a convertible and I don’t drive it in snow or rain) were bad and needed replacing. Now I cannot rust them anymore when they want to add all of the “extra” services that are “recommended”. Very disappointed.

- BBBenNov 15, 20251.0A couple weeks ago I went to this Jiffy Lube for an oil change oil. The experience was solid until I tried to leave. I heard a small pop as I pulled out the garage and when I got to the street I could hear something dragging underneath the vehicle. The skid plate underneath the car was not securely reattached and got caught on the ramp somehow as I exited causing damage. I immediately returned the vehicle to the shop. The staff tried to fix the issue by zip tying Skid plate back in place with one zip tie. They assured me that that should do the trick and said that skid plates are known to do this. Later that day, I drove the car again and the skid plate came off again. At that point I had to go to AutoZone and purchase some heavy duties, zip ties and reattach the skid plate myself with multiple zip ties to make sure it did that come off again… This was my first Jiffy Lube experience. I stayed away from Jiffy Lube’s based off of poor reviews, but thought this would be ok since this location was highly rated and conveniently located by my home. However, this was not the case. I should’ve went to the Acura dealer like I usually for my maintenance service.
