  Went just after noon for an oil change and was able to pull in right away with no line! Used an online coupon with no issue for a synthetic blend change. They topped off my windshield wiper fluid, added air to my tires and I paid $30 to have my tires rotated! I really like their system where you go over all the optional add ons in the lobby before they do anything. No pressure to add anything on tho. I liked seeing my total price of service before they did anything. Also the staff was so nice and respectful! I will deff be back for future needs.

  This location is engaging in unfair business practices. I called ahead to get a quote on a full synthetic oil change and was told it was $109. They proceeded to upsell me on additional maintenance, which is fine and expected, but what was not okay was adding additional charges such as $9.99 for “shop supplies” without telling me. I asked to speak to the manager about it and was told “All shops do this.” The previous 5 times I’ve had Jiffy Lube change my oil they did NOT charge me extra fees like this. I was never told about the fee and I did not approve the charge, but was forced to pay it. It is not fair to charge customers fees that you did not tell them about until checkout.

  I came in to fix a flat tire. I've had punctures repaired at this same company before without any issues. This time, however, I was told they don't repair this kind of damage and that I needed to replace the entire tire because the tread was "too worn." It honestly felt like they were trying to sell me a full set of new tires instead of simply fixing the puncture. I then went to Midas, and they repaired the tire in about 20 minutes with no problem at all. Very disappointed. It shouldn't be this difficult to get a simple puncture repair.

  I normally don’t go to this Jiffy Lube today I got my oil changed and in spite of me getting the usual good service, I am not use to driving into an oil change service the mechanic to do the oil change working on my car was not the one that opened the door, I specifically gave explicit instructions for them not to do something they broke my driver side door handle off, which is not such a big deal, but would made it a big deal for me was the fact that they didn’t even tell me that they broke it off. They just put it back on there with tape and didn’t say a word to me so no apology no nothing that one made the biggest difference for me so negligence and unaccountability. The door handle was already damaged but it was taped in a way where it would hold until I got it fixed and they ripped it right off the door only to just put it up there without even telling me that they ripped it off I would not recommend this Jiffy Lube ever again to anyone management tried to rectify it. He apologize but the person that did it I would’ve expected them to apologize and just own up to it so for the future if someone is going to go to this Jiffy Lube, make sure the person that opens the door to drive your car in is the same person that’s going to be working on your vehicle. They even threw all the stuff out of my glove compartment and shoved it back in so they do not care about quality if I could give zero stars I would. but as I said before management did soften the blow, but customer service from staff was horrible. No one was informative about what was being done. It seemed like they were just there to earn a check as though I understand everyone is doing a job to earn a check for a living me being involved in customer service for many many years. I do understand that empathy goes a long way when it comes to dealing with the public if you show that you care and you understand, you will generate a loyal customer base. but never again will I ever go back to this Jiffy Lube? I always go to the Jiffy Lube over in Lincoln Square. The Staff. There is amazing. Everybody remembers my name. Everyone takes the time to listen to the things that I am trying to explain and it is not even just about a money exchange. Sometimes I do not get charged for the little things and I get above and beyond service at the one that I go to, so I can truly say that this Jiffy Lube that I went to drop the ball big time started my day out to get a oil change before the Super Bowl Sunday and they added my day and made it longer because then I had to go out and get another parts just to permanently fix my door handle, which I was going to hold off but again as I said before with no apology by the person that actually broke the door handle, it came from the manager, so I applauded the manager for stepping up. I was irate and he calmed me down but again I will never ever go to this Jiffy Lube.
