  Tenía trayendo mis 3 carros a este local para mantenimiento. Y Lleve mi sienna a arreglar por un ruido en las juntas de la llanta del lado del pasajero, que el problema era cambiarle una parte y le cambiaron la parte de los dos lados. Cuando lo recogí seguía el mismo ruido, me dijeron que eran las llantas, pero que la llevara para revisar otra vez. Llegue a la semana y pasaron mi carro a revisión y a los 3 minutos me dijeron que la llevara al otro día porque no estábamos el mecánico que según la había arreglado porque descanso. He tenido malas experiencias y esta es una mas de Jiffy Lube. No vuelvo mas a este local. No tenían carros y mucho menos ganas de trabajar.PESIMO SERVICIO NO SE HACEN RESPONSABLES DE SU TRABAJO!

  Fui para una inspección de Uber, cambiar algunas luces del vehículo y el limpia parabrisas todo el servicio duro menos de 30 minutos. 100% recomendados.

  The team is nice and the facility is clean. I dislike how the service tech lies about oil leaks (when there obviously isn’t one) to upsell you on an oil additive.

  I took my 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander in for an oil change on 02/02/26. I normally service my vehicle at the Mitsubishi dealership, but due to distance I chose Jiffy Lube, believing it was a reasonable alternative. After the service, everything initially appeared fine and I drove home without issue. However, the following day at approximately 3 PM, my vehicle suddenly shut off while I was driving in the street with my children inside. The oil warning light had come on. I immediately contacted Jiffy Lube. After multiple attempts to restart the vehicle, it completely lost power and would not start. The store manager came to inspect the vehicle but did not provide any diagnosis. Instead, I was given contact numbers for towing companies. Using my insurance, I had the vehicle towed to the Jiffy Lube location on Cicero Avenue. I was informed that a “master technician” would inspect the vehicle the next morning. The next day, I received a call stating that the battery was dead, that it had been charged, and that the vehicle was ready for pickup. I retrieved the vehicle, but within a few days the same problem occurred. While driving on I-94 in the express lane, the vehicle shut off again, nearly causing an accident. I then had the vehicle towed to a Mitsubishi dealership. After inspection, their technicians asked when the last oil change had been performed. I explained it had been done about a week prior at Jiffy Lube. I was then informed that the engine had been overfilled with oil, which can cause serious mechanical failure. I have attempted to resolve this matter directly with Jiffy Lube management and have been extremely patient. Unfortunately, no meaningful initiative or accountability has been taken. Due to safety concerns for myself and my children, I no longer felt comfortable driving the vehicle and was forced to obtain a replacement. This situation created a dangerous safety risk and significant financial hardship.
