During the inspection, the employees told me that my rear brake pads needed to be replaced and that I wouldn’t pass the inspection without doing it. They quoted $450 for the replacement, which is extremely expensive. Then they said they could do it for $200 without a warranty, which already sounded suspicious. I refused because I know cars well, and my rear brake pads were actually in good condition and did not need to be replaced at all. After that, I went to another service center and passed the inspection without any issues or repairs. Based on this experience, I don’t trust this place and I would not recommend it. It felt like they were trying to sell unnecessary repairs.

I got to see how everything works. I tapped my card to pay in my car, through the window rolled up. Plus the team is very organized. Also they were kind to each other and didn't let their conversations distract their flow. I even received an air freshener, which i needed lol. Thanks again!
