    I came to this Jiffy Lube location for a Lyft vehicle inspection, which I was charged $20 + tax for. I was told my car was inspected and that I failed only due to needing new tires. I paid, went and purchased brand-new tires, and then returned to the same Jiffy Lube to complete the inspection. After taking my car again, they came back and told me I now needed marker lights and a headlight to pass. This makes it very clear that my vehicle was not fully inspected the first time, even though the inspection fee is supposed to cover checking everything and informing the customer of all issues at once — not charging, sending you away, and then finding new problems later. When I questioned why these issues were not identified during the first inspection, instead of a professional explanation, multiple employees gathered and became defensive, talking over me instead of addressing a simple and valid concern. I was then told I would have to pay another $20 inspection fee, which is unacceptable considering the incomplete inspection the first time. To make matters worse: I was not provided a Lyft inspection checklist or failure report, which inspection locations are supposed to provide I wasted additional time and had to go to a different shop to complete the inspection properly The overall behavior was unprofessional, and basic customer questions were not handled respectfully This is especially concerning because this same issue has happened to two of my friends at this exact location. They have receipts and will also be posting reviews. It feels like customers are being charged without a proper, thorough inspection being done. I’ve attached my receipt for reference. If the manager or owner would like to reach out, I am more than willing to walk through the incident in detail. It is also not okay for employees to threaten customers by saying they can be “banned from Lyft” because a technician failed to complete a proper inspection the first time. but i am sure you won't because you only care about $20 that i am paying you. I would not recommend this location for Lyft or Uber inspections.

    Great shop and staff. The advisor was through and very professional. No hard sales, they do the necessary work and review the technicians recommendations based on your vehicles diagnostic report and visual observations. Highly recommended!!
