Asked if I wanted the same oil as last time even though it’s the first time I’m bringing my vehicle here, offered expensive oil what a shocker.. don’t get me wrong. I’ve been to this one before, but it was with a different vehicle. Secondly, $75 for a conventional oil change..complete rip off. Lastly, looks like I won’t need an oil change for the next 20,000+ miles. See photos. Please train your staff.

My car was taken right away , no up selling for anything , I appreciated the honesty by Ryan and staff for few things that need to be addressed eventually.
