- CSCarolina Solis2 days ago1.0I have taken my vehicle to this location a various amount of times with no issues. As of recent I went on Thursday and my truck is now scratched by the machines. I have filed an incident report and they responded being unable to accept responsibility for the scratches based on the way the scratches are presented. I am appealing the decision as I see another customer on this page with the same review and the s ratchets look similar to mine.
- EEElisaFeb 18, 20261.0They do nothing to help the fact that their customers block an entire lane of traffic a times, preventing cars from turning onto 54th. They are gonna cause an accident having a line blocked all the way to Archer! It’s not even worth waiting in line to get my car washed.

All lanes take cash and jet pass but not ever driver may know this.The wait is getting long due to no traffic control with 3 lanes most days. Otherwise great staff and good car wash!
- AAAly AloJan 22, 20261.0I’ve had a membership with them for a couple years now. I reported my card lost a couple months ago but my memberships still went through for a bit. I went on January 3 and it said my account wasn’t available, so I understood why and gave my new card to restart my account. Was told $15 for two months then $30. Ok cool. Then I go again and spend over half and hour there because I suddenly don’t have an account. Showed the attendant my charge, said they would Contact their manager and they would get back to me. Never heard anything. I go back today January 22. Thinking if I didn’t hear anything my account was probably fixed. Nope same problem, I have no account. So I had to pay another $15 for an account. Really?

Go first, we have to wait I won't be coming here again if they're gonna treat their customers like that. I suggest nobody else come here either. Unless you're a member Regular car wash fourteen dollars
