  I have a new car. There weren’t any scratches. On my second wash in jet Brite, my roof got scratches all over which is disappointing. I was back to this car wash as I liked how it washed my car on my first visit however, on the second visit I got scratches all over of my roof.

  DO NOT GO HERE!!! They lied to me when I signed up. I was told I can cancel anytime. Now they’re saying I have to cancel 7 days before my billing cycle ends! What?! I will call my credit card company to dispute and overturn these fraudulent charges.

  The good, the bad, the conclusion. This location has three entrances, two of which are nearly always blocked, leaving only the Fullerton Ave entrance open. The three lanes to enter the carwash are found to quickly backup spilling traffic onto Fullerton Ave no matter what time of day I visit. People cut in line through the Sayre Ave exit and the staff do nothing to prevent this from happening even after pointing it out to their employees in person. This cutting in line blocks cars from being able to enter and exit from Fullerton Ave which further backs up traffic onto Fullerton Ave and also blocks people from being able to exit the wash onto Sayre Ave. This also makes it difficult to nearly impossible at times to pull in or out of the vacuum stalls. This is a significant safety concern for emergency vehicles and personal due to the lack of being able to access the emergency fire lane along with the obstruction of traffic this car wash causes. If there were to be an emergency of any kind in or around this car wash, emergency services and personnel would be significantly delayed in accessing the area. After calling and speaking with someone from corporate on the phone they acknowledged that this location has received multiple complaints of similar nature above. Their monthly carwash plan lanes have difficulty reading license plates which causes further delays and backups. Their employees in person also acknowledge that this is a problem. The good: Their monthly membership plans, specifically their family plan is priced very well and fairly which is what keeps me as a customer. Conclusion: Great carwash, pricing, and employees, but be prepared to wait up to 40 minutes, and pray you or someone else never has an emergency while in line.

  This is the first location I’ve had my best experience with and continue to have. My car comes out clean and dry. I hardly have to use a dry towel. By far the best of the best. I have a monthly membership which I recommend to get, great prices and worth it!

  I’ve been to this Jet brite for a couple months now. The wait time is usual when busy. The issue is when it gets crowded, some people enter through the top entrance even though it’s blocked off and clearly meant for exiting only. That lets them skip about 6+ cars, while others have already waited 10+minutes in the main line from the street. This should be addressed so people can’t cut the line like that.
