When I questioned the charges, they told me the work was already done and that I had to pay or they would not release my car. I felt forced to pay for repairs I never authorized just to get my vehicle back. This is extremely unprofessional and a very dishonest way to treat customers. I would strongly advise others to be very careful before doing business with this company.

I am writing after the purchase of my third car today, where service and sales went above and beyond. Steve Hara is literally the 8th wonder of the world. He just seamlessly goes through every department of the facility to deal with service of your trade-in, test driving to find a new car, and answering any questions. Steve also doesn’t push you to do anything. There is no pressure or salesman speech. Steve absolutely cares about customer service and satisfaction. His demeanor is so heartwarming- It’s the opposite of cold, car buying transaction. One thing you should know is that this dealership is very fair if something unexpected happens with one of the vehicles they sold you (even if it’s no one’s fault). They come up with ethical solutions, even when they weren’t obligated to do anything. This type of backend service is better than any warranty, in my opinion. There is nowhere else to buy your next vehicle - This place is the gold standard.
