My recent service experience at Howard Orloff for my Jaguar F-Pace (new tires, coolant system repairs, suspension work, etc.) was absolutely exceptional, thanks entirely to my service advisor, Lee Zarras. Lee went above and beyond in every aspect of the repair process. He ensured I received a fast appointment date and immediately secured a loaner vehicle, which was invaluable. Lee's communication was flawless. He proactively kept me posted via text and phone through every step and took the time to explain the complex repairs clearly and completely. He expertly managed the entire process with my extended warranty company, ensuring they paid for all the agreed-upon repairs under the warranty terms. Lee consistently demonstrated outstanding customer service, even helping me take out my garage door opener and other personal belongings from my car upon drop-off and offering me coffee. Upon pickup, my car was washed, prepped, and waiting right outside. Lee Zarras is a true professional who delivers a superior client experience. He is a tremendous asset to the Howard Orloff team.
