    Review for Howard Orloff Volvo – General Manager Bill Grzesinski I am writing to share my experience with General Manager Bill Grzesinski at Howard Orloff Volvo. I want to start by acknowledging and appreciating the refund of one hour of labor that he provided as a goodwill gesture after I raised concerns about my service charges. That was a considerate step, and I do recognize the effort to make things right in that regard. However, I was deeply disappointed by the email I later received from Mr. Grzesinski in response to the honest feedback I shared in my customer survey. In his message, he expressed disappointment with my comments and even suggested that I should take my future business elsewhere because I rated my experience a 7 out of 10. I found his tone to be unprofessional, dismissive, and inappropriate for someone in a leadership role representing a luxury brand. As a paying customer, I believe I have the right to share my genuine experience without fear of being criticized or made to feel unwelcome. While I truly appreciate the refund and the initial effort to resolve my concern, no customer should receive a disrespectful or defensive message for providing honest feedback. I hope Howard Orloff Volvo takes this matter seriously and ensures that all customers—regardless of their survey responses—are treated with respect, professionalism, and appreciation. This is the email he send me: I've reviewed your recent survey and feedback, and I want to be very clear — I’m disappointed by your comments, especially considering the efforts our team made to address your concerns, including refunding one hour of labor as a goodwill gesture. Our records show the repair was properly explained, approved, and completed as authorized. Despite that, you chose to rate your experience a 7 and imply we were not transparent. That is not an accurate reflection of the service provided. Given your continued dissatisfaction, and my conversation to you on what we needed from this survey, I believe it’s best you take your future service needs to another dealership.
