  This is the second time we do business with Gerber Collision. This, the second time was not a good experience, there's a lot of lack of communication.

  Stay away from this place communication is horrible.they will take forever to fix your car their updates on when your car will be ready are false .I should have never went to this place at all I'm still waiting on my car it's been over two weeks and still don't have my car back and no date of when it will be ready . They told me they are waiting for parts to complete the job but they have had enough time to get all parts needed for the job at this point i dont believe anything they are telling me if I could give them zero stars I would definitely do it .

  I took my beloved Toyota here for the second time at Gerber for some minor body repairs, and once again, they did not disappoint! I fell in love with my car all over again — it looks just like the first day I got it. The team did an excellent job fixing it, and they finished right on schedule, just as promised. I’m a very happy customer and would highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs quality and reliable service!

  If you get your bumper replaced, change your license plate holder immediately after getting it back. The way it is attached borderlines negligence. It is attached by one screw which allows it to rotate and severely scratch the bumper from the screws attaching the license plate to the holder.
