  I dropped my car off for repairs and asked when car would be in the shop. I was told “we will let you know “. Now I learn I can pick it up in ten days. Not good.

  This is a tough review. I waited to do it hoping that the situation would change and allow me to rate them a little higher. Well, that didn't happen and here we are. Let me start by saying that I've used them before and was satisfied with the product and service they provided. This recent experience was a car owners nightmare. My insurance covered the repairs and I had a co-pay. Paul Ries & Sons despite 3 attempts could not and did not properly repair my vehicle. After giving them 3 attempts I simply picked up my car and vowed to never use them again. The owner and one other person were not the nicest throughout this experience. They talked to me as if this was my first time owning a car and knew nothing about them, they used excuses as to why the work wasn't up to par and wanted me to take my car without the work being completed. I refused but this still eneded up being the case as I no longer wanted to do business with them. Now I will give them credit for attempting 3 times but I have to question what was going on with an organization with their age and experience that would need 3 attempts at what I was initially told was a simple repair. My car still isn't right. My electric folding mirror no longer works since they touched my car and rain gets in the door just like I argued with them it would. I'm not sure what has taken place that their service and quality have fallen way off but I will say choose wisely before using them at this point. Very disappointed.

  I love how they left every inch of my car. They made it possible to repair. When it could have passed for total loss. They also helped out a ton and made my life as a student easier with pricing, I was able to pay off deductible. I’d recommend them, highly. The owner is such a generous man. Staff is very polite.
