    I continue to bring my cars to Factory Muffler because I trust the team there. Noah, Jack and Hector have been keeping my family’s cars running smoothly for over ten years. They are able to quickly determine what the problem is and know how to fix it faster than most shops. Plus, their prices are reasonable. I appreciate their suggestions if they find potential problems. They never pressure me and treat me with respect. I used to do my own car repairs so I know what parts cost. They don’t pad the bill with unnecessary repairs. When they are done with their work, I can relax knowing I won’t need to return the next day for additional repairs. Also, when I’m waiting at their shop, I watch how they treat their other customers. I like the way they treat everyone with respect and honesty.
