They took note and said with confidence they would arrange a car fit my needs. On my pickup day, the 2nd row can't be folded, the 3rd row is folded but result a bump instead of flat. In the end I still figured out to sleep inside, but this out of expectation could ruin my trip. Except that, if you don't sleep inside like me, I think the car and service is fine.
