The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and very reliable over a long-distance drive that included highways, mountain roads, and extended stretches of dirt and unpaved roads. The car handled changing weather conditions, elevation changes, and rough terrain extremely well, which gave us a lot of confidence throughout the trip. Comfort was excellent for long hours of driving, and fuel efficiency was better than expected given the distance and terrain. The pickup and return process were smooth and efficient, and the overall experience was stress-free from start to finish. I would absolutely choose Enterprise again for long road trips or travel that involves challenging road conditions.

Took my license and credit card, and was walking almost everywhere at the location, in and out of offices, scanning it multiple times, then just to tell me to hold on to the card, ill need to use it later... definitely made me uncomfortable, since there's quiet a bit of info between the 2 cards.
