  I rent cars frequently and have had quite the mix of experiences ranging from abysmal to excellent. I picked up a car from here due to lack of support from another rental company and all I can say is thanks, I feel they really helped me out. The pricing was clear, Malik was very helpful and informative. The drop off went very smoothly and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks!

  We always use Enterprise on Irving Park Road in Portage Park Chicago when we need to rent a car. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable and scheduling, check in and check out is very simple. And the prices are affordable.

  We rented from this location because getting a rental at ORD is a nightmare, especially from a customer service perspective. That was a good decision because the customer service at this location was top notch. Sam helped us, and he couldn't have been more welcoming and kind. He even helped me with my very heavy suitcase into my Uber. I do recommend this location--easy in and out and a convenient location.

  Thank You to Enterprise (5358 W Irving Park Rd, Chicago, IL 60641) I would like to sincerely thank the staff at Enterprise for their excellent service during my car rental. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the employees’ names, but they were all truly kind, attentive, and professional. They were always ready to help and gave very helpful advice when needed.   Lord... I have been waiting to write this review and eviscerate the terrible management here but I had some concerns. We'd been renting here for several years. Mostly for camping trips because we would rent a crew cab pickup truck and it worked out very well for the family. Come Memorial Day 2024 we rented a Jeep crew cab. They washed it to cover up what I'll call "blemishes" in the paint. Blemishes being what they called "scratches" in the paint that didn't get down to the metal. There were also several dents no larger than a golf ball, which is their standard. This is what they tell you when you except the vehicle. So we get back from our trip and I get a call that we "damaged" the vehicle. There was the dents, there was the "scratches", there was even knew yellow paint on the drivers side mirror from somebody moving the vehicle after we dropped it off. After I got the call from the store manager I demanded to come see it. After inspecting it the truck was not left in the condition that I left it in. It looked like one of the employees took it out for a "joy ride" after I saw the yellow paint. The store manager demanded my insurance information which I denied to give. I asked for the buildings video which she denied to provide. I told her to send me a bill but I was not going to give her my insurance information. After a year and a half I have yet to receive a bill. I went through my contract and there's nothing in there about "scratches" or "golf ball size dents" or even "paint". There is language in there about major damage but nothing about this minor stuff that their own employees might inflict on the vehicle. I'm in a position that I went out and bought my own crew cab pickup truck after this and their BS. I understand many of you might not be but... BUYER BEWARE! This location might try to screw you if you give them the chance
