  Zeek was very helpful, check-in process was smooth although we were caught off guard by the two forms of photo ID necessary for out-of-staters. Especially if it’s not in bold letters on the website or confirmation email… maybe it was. Anyway, the car was great minus a missing headrest on the backseat.. overall good experience here with decent customer service

  Sometimes we're quick to write a bad review when a business deserves it or not, but slow to write a good review when you come along a great service. Such was my experience with the enterprise on Cicero, and I want to make sure they are being recognized, especially Zoe who has been my point of contact. Our car was at a shop, and we needed a rental. Prior deciding this place i read many reviews from other locations and something about this place and the great reviews caught my attention. From the beginning and before coming, got a call from Zoe, she was kind and professional. After dropping my car at the shop and getting a ride to the office, I met her and she was the real deal, as the same kind and professional person I spoke with on the phone. Zoe was very patience; she understood what car my family needed and was even kind enough/very helpful when my wife needed to switch to another vehicle based on the family needs. Overall, I can't say enough about her great customer service, and how the final charge was exactly what we discussed- with no surprises. I hope by reading this review, you'll consider this location and contact Zoe. More importantly, I hope Enterprise, will take the time to recognized her and the whole staffs for making the company look good. As long as Zoe is around, they will have my business, and I hope she's personally recognized and appreciated for all the great works she is doing for the organization. Companies need to be aware that people have options now of day, thus services like Zoe makes a difference on getting new clients and having them come back for future needs. No place is perfect, but a great service and been kind to people makes a difference. Thank you!

  Immediately over the phone I felt that Zeek was treating me with respect , care and consideration. He went above and beyond by getting Francisco to come pick me up at a location that was not one they usually pick up from. Half way to the rental place I realized I forgot my wallet so Francisco turned around and went back to my house to get my wallet. Zeek got me into the car I wanted , the Chevy Tahoe is a great car , it's like an Abrams tank, powered by an American made jet engine if I'm not mistaken. Checking back in was like 5 minutes as Week paralleled processed 3 returns simultaneously, I cannot multitask but it came naturally for him. Rene dropped me off at the dealership with nothing but positive energy and smiles... Just wonderfully people at that Cicero location.. I'm not sure if enterprise is as good as those 3 guys at that location are ( I'm not sure if I have the pick up driver's name correct, it was 3 weeks ago, I think his name was Francisco).

  It's always a pleasure renting a car from this Enterprise. Every experience has been great and so is the staff.
