My car was in a fender bender right before I was supposed to drive home for the winter holidays, and they were very helpful with helping me find a good car that I could afford to use for this purpose. I honestly never imagined I'd review a chain rental car company because it doesn't seem like the kind of errand one can have a super easy time with in general, but everyone at this location made it as seamless as possible. They just seem like good people overall. If you need to rent a car and live in the city, this location is the one to go to.
