I went with my husband yesterday we waited so long to receive the key and they gave us a broken car that keeps making noise , I got pain in ears and headache also my husband could hardly drive it it kept shaking all time .
They should have at least fix their cars not give their customers broken cars !

In the last year I have rented vehicles from this location 4 different times. Of the 4 times, twice I've been given vehicles that smell of smoke. As far as I'm aware, all vehicles rented through enterprise are non-smoking. I am a non-smoker and have asthma so this is very irritating to my lungs and makes my asthma flare up.
The first time that I was given a rental vehicle that smelled of smoke I ended up exchanging the vehicle at a separate location while I was traveling. This time I was not able to do that as I on'y rented the vehicle for a 36 hr period.
I travel for work periodically and use rentals often, I will likely not be choosing this location again, nor enterprise.

Manager John C. was very rude today showed no customer service efforts. I only asked what was the $25 unknown charge after my rental was closed he showed no concerned and literally said it’s not enough money to worry about. I come so many times and been mistreated today was my last time.
