Ken and I shared the elevator as I went to obtain my rental. After learning I was renting from Enterprise, Ken advised me he would assist in my rental. Ken provided me with options in the class I chose whereupon I chose a Toyota. Ken brought another vehicle stating the Toyota had an odor inside. The rental was great!!
