  I flew through Chicago from DC for a funeral and needed to rent a car and quickly drive to Michigan for the service. The Enterprise employees were quick and efficient. They got my car ready in a jiffy and I was on the road to Michigan with time to spare. My rental car return was equally efficient. They helped make an otherwise stressful deal more manageable!

  Most Enterprise locations rock. Unfortunately, at O'Hare, they are getting their butts kicked by Avis. The check out process is so long and cumbersome compared to Avis. They also don't automatically take care of tolls. Whenever I rent with Avis here, I get a follow on bill for the tolls with a service charge attached to it. With Enterprise, they'll just let you get a toll citation. My $3 toll cost me $28 with the citation. Also, they tried to stick me with a FWD vehicle even though I specifically rented an AWD just in case of inclement weather. They ended up giving me AWD, but it was weird that we even had to debate it. As always, the staff are excellent and exceedingly friendly. Drop off was a breeze. But, overall, this location has work to do if they want to compete.

  Enterprise car rental saved us twice: provided AWD SUV after delayed flights at O'Hare and decided to drive to northern Michigan. Again flight delays on return and kept the car for two more days. They were so polite they called to see if everything was ok. No hassle, just helpful concern. Plan to use them for long term rental for six week vacation. Efficient and easy communications.

  The Enterprise rental car facility at O’Hare is one of the best I’ve visited. Despite being a very busy location, everything is well organized with clear instructions and helpful staff. I was impressed by both staff members I interacted with during pickup and drop-off — they were efficient and friendly. Both processes were smooth, and the car I received was in good condition.

  Recently, when my flight out of O'Hare was canceled due to weather at my destination, with no indication of when I'd be able to catch the next one, I decided to drive home. And experience told me to whom to turn for a vehicle to do that: Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Their West Des Moines, Fuller Road, location always has treated me respectfully and efficiently through my many rentals with them. Based on my interaction with the O'Hare location, I'm happy to report that this sort of professionalism must run in the family! They had me processed and on the road in no time. Nice cars. Nice people. That's all anyone needs in a rental car company.
