  Nick at the Sheffield location went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly the car I was looking for. Really appreciate him finding the right car at a different branch and referring me to them so it could be a perfect fit for me.

  Paul was really excellent! I had a rental through my insurance due to an ongoing claim and he set me up perfectly - had a beautiful vehicle and he communicated so well. Quick, professional, and friendly.

  Paul is the definition of exceptional customer service. If you ask me what great service looks like, this is the highest level you can get, right up there with Chick-fil-A. I used to travel a lot for work, so I rented cars from Enterprise frequently, and Paul is by far the most personal, thorough, and professional representative I’ve ever dealt with. He genuinely cares about the customer experience, takes the time to make sure everything is handled properly. Enterprise is lucky to have him. He deserves a raise.

  Enterprise proves to be the best choice for car rental over and over again. Regardless of state, city or even locations within the same city, this is the only rental company where I've had consistently positive experience. It's smooth, efficient, friendly and you never feel like you're being tricked into extra add ons, like you do with other companies. Every member of staff was very pleasant and went above and beyond in making the whole process convenient.

  ⭐ 1 Star — If I Could Give Less, I Would I just had one of the most infuriating experiences I’ve ever had with a rental car company, and unfortunately, it was with Enterprise. After spending all day trying to book a reservation—yes, an entire day of back‑and‑forth—I finally secured one. Then came the fun part: walking 1.5 miles in the cold to pick up the car. When I arrived, freezing and exhausted, I was immediately turned away because my license had expired two weeks ago. Two weeks. As in, “happy birthday to me.” Not only did they refuse to honor the reservation they watched me struggle to make, but they also made it clear they wouldn’t rent me a car under any circumstances until the state issues a new license. No flexibility, no empathy, no solutions—just a hard “no.” So after wasting my entire day, walking there in the cold, and being left with zero transportation options, I got to walk another 1.5 miles home in that same cold to write this review. Enterprise managed to turn a simple rental into a full‑day ordeal with absolutely nothing to show for it except frustration. If you value your time, your sanity, or your toes in winter weather, look elsewhere.
