I have rarely had good experiences at rental car facilities but today was seamless. After I showed up late, Sabrina apologized to me for having to wait 5 minutes while she helped another customer. She effortlessly explained all of the ins and outs like they were written on the back of her hand... definitely a pro and such a sweetheart!
