I was involved in a car accident and the experience was terrible like getting a tow and getting to work. The best thing out of it was coming to the enterprise on W 87th st to get a rental and my situation became better because they took all of the car rental offices out of my neighborhood, it was a distance but well worth the travel!!! I spoke with the managers Tavares, Dustin(my apologies for spelling) and Christopher for what kind of vehicle I exactly needed and when I needed it, an they were right on top of it. The communication, professionalism, transparency, and thoroughness of the entire transaction were spot on. They were extremely busy when I came in but never ignored. I appreciate you guys for everything keep up the good work and thanks for giving Great an Awesome service in our neighborhood. Had to go back the next day after returning and again they showed up and showed out!! The wait was a little heavy but they got me in and out so I get to work appreciate you guys service every time and never disappointing. Best service ever
