Confirmed all the details of my reservation to make sure I was getting the correct rate, double check my preference on vehicle size and even asked if I had a preference in color. Well he stepped him back to check on the car his colleague came to the front and gave me the exact same treatment making sure I had already been helped. Professional front to back, top to bottom inspection of the vehicle And I was in and out in less than 10 minutes during the 5:00 hour. Outstanding service.
