  In today's world we tend to remember those ever so rare instances when someone inherently amazing goes above and beyond in our greatest time of need. It's equally AMAZING the lasting impression a smidgen of extra effort, a glimpse of genuine human compassion, and a warm and assuring smile in the face of adversary leaves a client with...... "Natalie" at Sheridan Enterprise did just that and more! I couldn't possibly thank her enough for her superlative customer service and steadfast dedication to providing it. We can all relate to having things go bad at the most innopertune of times. In my case a work truck went down with a time sensative deadline looming. To add insult to injury I discovered my credit card I used to reserve my reservation had been compromised. Natalie went above and beyond to assist me to remedy the matter in steadfast time starving off what could have proven a logistical nightmare. In 30 years in business I don't recall a complete stranger ever working so diligently and unselfishly in above and beyond capacity to assist me. I think every employer across America and beyond wishes their employees to instill the same fortitude, dilligence, dedication and ultimately the positive lasting impression Natalie left us with. We can't possibly thank her enough. Natalie, Porsche, Marcus..... I truly hope your superiors or the corporate brass at Enterprise know just how lucky they are to have such dilligent and dedicated staff amongst their ranks!   My vehicle was having insurance repairs done and Enterprise provided the rental. Everyone was very pleasant and the whole experience went smoothly. I left my parking pass in the rental after returning it and recieved a call from Porsche W. notifying me how and where to pick it up. Thank you!

  Booked a vehicle for a relative. Relative was okay with the vehicle. My issue is the lack of transparency and accuracy of daily rates. When you stop in and meet with the manager you'll hear one rate, but at the end of the term you're billed another rate. Its more annoying to have to fact check a company that's been around for years. The other issue is the lack of communication from enterprise. Booking the vehicle not knowing how long my relative would need it, one of the associates explained that after 5 days enterprise would contact me back to renegotiate the terms of the agreement and contract extensions, however on the 5th day there was no call or email. At this point the staff at McDonald's can do a better job servicing customers seeking to rent a vehicle.

  I've rented from here several times this past year and Natalie has been amazing!!! Super friendly and on top of it. She seems very organized and has great attention to the customer's needs. The positive renting experience is a top reason I've used Enterprise instead of Zip Car for most of my car needs this year.

  Very gracious, helpful, friendly and professional people at this Sheridan Road location. Made renting a car a very easy process. Car was ready on time and was clean and drove well. Would definitely rent from this location again.
