They did not ask me during pick up or drop if I wanted a toll pass. Now I'm getting a bill from Enterprise for tolls PLUS $25 admin citation fee. So much runaround trying to get this fee removed. Edit in response to Drew: What part of runaround do you not understand? I have had phone calls with the local Western Ave staff, Enterprise corporate toll/citation department, and Enterprise corporate customer service. The problem is still TBD and unresolved. Even if/when this does get resolved, I have zero intention of upgrading my 1 star review as Enterprise has put me through too much nonsense trying to figure out what's going on. This company is a game of "who's on first". This problem NEVER should have happened in the first place.
