Unfortunately, I hit a deer on my way back to Chicago, leaving me extremely exhausted from the day and dealing with my insurance company. Marquis was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was incredibly helpful and patient with me, especially since my insurance company required more pictures. He even went out in the cold with me to help me get those pictures, so I could send them to my insurance. I will definitely use this branch as my go-to for any rental cars I need in the future! He even went above and beyond by helping load all our luggage into the car. The whole process was smooth, transparent, and hassle-free. Highly recommend this Enterprise location for their excellent customer service and professionalism! And he recommended a great coffee that is next door! We are enjoying that coffee right now.
