- JCJen CFeb 1, 20255.0To say this company provides amazing customer service, would be an understatement. Long story short, my 18yr old son got into an accident with a fire hydrant. (Watch out... those fire hydrants come out of nowhere 🤣) 11k worth of damage. 😳 These guys took the time to explain everything to me, they worked with insurance, they started ordering parts before insurance approved it and once SF gave the ok, these guys were ready to work on it. They kept in touch with me every step of the way and they were so very nice. They were way ahead of schedule, washed and waxed my car and on the day it was ready for pick up, I had a hard time getting out to them so they dropped the car off AT MY HOUSE a half hour away, on a SATURDAY. (Who does that?!) They are family owned and it's very apparent that they actually CARE. They did amazing work. Thank you guys, Kevin, so very much. I appreciate everything, more than you will ever know. I hope I don't have to use you again, but if a fire hydrant even thinks about jumping out in front of my car again, I will be calling you.
