Chicago Motors has been my dedicated spot to service and repair my 2018 Audi S5. I get my yearly maintenance done here and any repairs or diagnostics. Recently, I came in after getting a low coolant warning and they performed all typical tests. I asked them to perform an additional test to verify the vacuum system/water pump and they found a TSB to perform the specific diagnostics I was looking for. I really appreciate their customer service and diligence to make sure no stones are unturned. I feel very fortunate to have found Chicago Motors! Thank you to Rick and the rest of the team!

Would love to give this shop a chance, but Joseph was too rude and difficult for me to spend my money here. Called about regular maintenance, he couldn't stop interrupting to say nothing of value. Things like, "anything your manufacturer recommends we can do" Yeah bud, I wanted a quote. I wonder how many other potential customer were turned

I strongly advise against bringing your car to this establishment unless you are personally acquainted with the owner. Otherwise, you are likely to be overcharged and taken advantage of. In my experience, I was initially quoted $100 for a brand-new part, and then $220 for two hours of labor. When I agreed to the work, I was informed that merely inspecting the car would cost $70. Since the car had already been inspected, I consented to proceed. However, the technician later called me to say that the job was more complicated than anticipated and that the total cost would now be $300. This was despite my understanding that the cost was agreed upon as $150. If I had known the price would escalate, I wouldn’t have proceeded. In summary, the establishment is likely to overcharge and exploit customers. I will never return and advise others to be cautious. While I ended up paying, it was clear that the technician was taking advantage. Not to mention, leaving garbage in my car. , I do not recommend this place at all.
