I dropped my car off yesterday to find out why it completely shut down after a battery change. More than 24 hours later, no one had looked at it, and despite being told “I’ll call you back in an hour,” I never received any updates. I had to repeatedly follow up myself. When I called to share a possible explanation for the issue and asked for their professional opinion, the staff member became defensive and told me to “come pick up your car.” Rather than answering my question, he was dismissive and rude. It was disappointing to be treated this way, especially after being a loyal customer for so many years. My car sat there overnight without any progress, and I do not believe I should be charged for that. After this experience, I will not be returning to Car X.
