  DO NOT LET THEM USE YOUR CAR!!! They will tell you about great benefits but they are all lies! I had to take my car into the shop after sharing and spent more money just to get it fixed. They do NOT take care of your car - no car washes, not cleaning, no gas refill. I’m honestly disgusted by the customer service I received! When I mentioned the issues with my car, the said they knew about them. When I asked when they never let me know about these issues, they responded that they would try and do a better job training new employees. DO NOT RENT YOUR CAR TO THEM.

  I tried so many ways to start sharing car...the customer care is still evolving..it neither have answers nor have processes everything is prematurely automated.

  I have used avail 3 times so far and I am very satisfied with this car sharing company. It's simple and the prices are very reasonable. One time the lock box would not open upon trying to return the keys, but customer service was quick to assist over the phone and open the box remotely for me. Cars are clean and spotless unless it's too cold for a wash in the winter (which is understandable). Thanks Avail!
