DO NOT LET THEM USE YOUR CAR!!!
They will tell you about great benefits but they are all lies! I had to take my car into the shop after sharing and spent more money just to get it fixed. They do NOT take care of your car - no car washes, not cleaning, no gas refill. I’m honestly disgusted by the customer service I received!
When I mentioned the issues with my car, the said they knew about them. When I asked when they never let me know about these issues, they responded that they would try and do a better job training new employees. DO NOT RENT YOUR CAR TO THEM.

This was my first time using the Avail car sharing service, and the experience was horrendous!
My reservation was scheduled to end at 10am, and I returned the car at 9:46am - after following the drop-off/return instructions in the app.
A few hours later, I received an e-mail that the car was not returned and that it would be reported stolen.
After contacting customer service via phone about this issue, the representative could not see that I had returned the vehicle - despite the Avail app clearly showing that the drop-off was at 9:46am. It does not make sense how the app shows one thing, but the customer service reps can not see the same information. How are the systems not in sync?
Then, a few hours later, I received an e-mail that the vehicle was located, but the keys were not located. This also does not make sense, I should not have been able to complete the drop-off/return process if the keys were not returned properly (although the keys were returned properly). There is clearly a gap in the drop-off/return process, if it allows customers to return/end a reservation without CONFIRMING that the keys were also returned.
Also, how was it confirmed that the vehicle was located without the keys also being located? If this was not done by a human, then the company should have not contacted me regarding this clear mistake - without ensuring that they had performed their due diligence.
I have no idea what how Avail messed this up so terribly.
I will never use this service again, and will warn others to never use this service.
