- JAJohn AdamsFeb 6, 20231.0Update: They had the audacity to respond to this review just about 11 months late pretending like they care. I emailed the support email they provided on the response but got ghosted. They really don't care about their customers and this is shady company all around. AVOID AVAIL IF YOU CAN! Original: Whatever Chevrolet Equinox they got in this location smells absolutely horrible, like a smoker drove it for past couple years. As a bonus, Avail will blame YOU for the smell and try to charge $500 cleaning fee. They also lack proper customer support or any way of notifying them about issues with car at the time when you pick it up. I would highly recommend not renting from Avail.
