  Worst customer experience ever. Booked & approved 3 days in advance. Arrived at 1pm to snag keys from locker. Error says customer service needs to 'reset' the locker. In 90 mins speaking with CS, standing in a hot parking garage, they suggested the following reasons for the locker issue: -My reservation started at 12 but I came 'late' at 1pm. Yet the confirmation only stated to come after reservation begins. -Then they suggested it was because they forgot to inspect the cars but offered me the opportunity to do it myself or they'd book me another car. -They then explained it will take several hours for inspection (even if I do it myself) and that if I rebook a car, there is a 4 hour delay before trip start. No regard for the fact that they were delaying our entire trip. -Finally, they offered a 50% off voucher for a future trip. After attempting to book with competitors, I sucked it up and booked another car with Avail. 5 minutes later, my order was canceled because "they couldn't verify my ID." - despite it already being verified for the first car rental! VERY APPARENT that they canceled my order to prevent me from using the 50% off voucher. And of course, I'm forced to cover the new rental while waiting 3-5 days to be refunded for the original. Ended up booking with Turo and though more expensive, they didn't treat me like absolute scum. AVOID AVAIL AT ALL COSTS.

  Be prepared for a lack of good customer service and confusion. I planned a trip and was highly disappointed with the entire experience. They clearly had no care for what I experienced plus the inconvenience. Try something or somewhere else.
