  This is the absolute WORST autozone I have done business with. I placed an order online for parts I needed for my vehicle. I waited 2days to receive the order ready email. I placed my order on November 22nd. I waited until Monday the 24th to call. I called the location gave my name and was told my parts were ready for pick up despite getting the confirmation ready to pick up email. After driving 2hours from work to this location, I was met with my order not being pulled and then 2/3 parts being ready and the main part not being ready. How? You told me at 10am this morning it was ready. The worker then called the store manager and was told they cancelled my complete order! Really? So when was I gonna be notified of this? Right- okay. I left went to another location since they had all the parts. Had to place a second order in store that night since the work was being done on 11/25Tuesday. I called on a few times after I believe on Wednesday and was told call Friday the manager would be in. I called Friday 5 times and all my call said call failed! I proceeded to call Saturday and now the manager is not in. The worker stated to call back in 1hour and they would help me. This is unacceptable. 1. You cancelled my complete order without communication supposedly, no one can help me but the manager but she’s not in when you call, no email comms, no phone call back to me nothing just a pending email stating my order is still being prepped AFTER 6days!! So at this time I called the district manager which got me transfer to the support center- once speaking with them to cancel my order so I can get my money back the rep tells me the order was NEVER cancelled!! However she was able to cancel the order and I received my full refund today 12/1. Let me say this I WILL NEVER NEVER NEVER return to this location. I would advise you, future customer, avoid it too.

  One of the better AutoZone that I have been to. Went in there very clean facility and Javier had my part quick and I was out the door in a matter of minutes. Fantastic service
