Darius really went above and beyond in great customer service which is rare nowadays. A few days ago he helped me and my Husband pick out a battery and windshield wipers and helped us with installation with a great attitude! He deserves to be acknowledged and recognized…even promoted!! Thanks again, Darius!!! We are happy customers!!

I've came to this location at 5:34 because my engine light was on and they didn't put my car on the machine because as he stated I was late and they don't do outside service when it's getting dark. Very unheard of and unprofessional won't be back here the day before the machine was supposedly down now today this. Find a job that you actually like if you not going to do the work!!!

Unfortunately the person I talked to at the shop had no idea what they were talking about. When I kept trying to tell them what I was looking for, they kept cutting me off before I could explain. they didn't seem to have a good grasp on their own wearable parts policy. I would recommend going to a different location.

It’s a shame your own people treat you like you are nothing! I came here last night unexpectedly because my master door switch stopped working so I couldn’t roll my window up plus I also needed a battery for my key fob . When I arrived it was around 8:30 pm and they were supposed to close at 9pm. I walked in the first person I see is this black female security guard leaning on the counter on her phone she didn’t even acknowledge me . After looking around for an actual employee there was this black guy who I believe had a mini fro who waived me over clearly looking like he’s ready to home. I told him what I needed he said I may need a fuse for the window . I asked him how does it look , which one do I need , and where to find it because he was just standing there looking after he said that’s what I needed. He dryly said aisle 1 and that I would have to look up the fuse I need for the car myself . I explained I don’t know anything about cars can you show me the options ? He said no I have to look it up. I asked him how would i put the battery in the fob he looked at me like I was a fool and said “dismantle it “ . I went outside to my car to try to look up the fuse I needed and I go back less than 10 min later and they had the door locked! It was like 8: 39 pm .
I will never shop at this location again messed up because I’m from this area but it’s a shame I have to go to the auto zone in the suburbs to get better treatment . In the end I didn’t even need a fuse just a master door switch so in a way I’m glad I got bad service because not only was my time wasted my money would have been too.
