- AVAdriana ValdezDec 23, 20251.0Daniela was very unhelpful. Didn’t help customers and had one employee running around the entire store checking out customers, getting parts and changing batteries. She wasn’t even helping English speaking customers (language barrier for some customers which is why other employee was helping them) who just needed to buy parts and went out back and was on her cellphone. She was rushing the one employee who was doing everything and told him to hurry because she wanted to close the store. It was 8pm when she said this. Took me over an hour to get my battery changed because they had one person doing everything. I got there at 7pm. Jesus was amazing polite and very helpful. Please give this employee a raise as he’s doing the job of 3 people. Other autozones have had excellent service. I was shocked at the service at this location. Please get Jesus some help as he’s being taken advantage of by his manager.
