- MMmissctolbertvohOct 20, 20255.0I had such a great experience with the entire team at AutoZone!!! The automatic lock for the hood of my car is broken so I have to open it manually. I needed my battery replaced. Unfortunately, it was extremely difficult to open the hood, thankfully, the guys at AutoZone went out of their way, doing everything they could to get it open. After exhausting everything they could, there were no other visible means they could use to get the hood open. Antoni, the manager, referred me to a mechanic he knows. I came back the next day and met the guy. He got my hood open and fixed my latch. Antoni replaced my old battery with the new one. I want to give a big shout out to him for being a very professional, helpful, knowledgeable and courteous manager. He did all he could and beyond to make sure my vehicle got what it needed. Furthermore, his staff are also hard workers. Izaac and Justin were patient and did all they could to assist with helping so my car situation was handled. I spoke with Thaily after everything was over and she listened to me explain what was going on. I requested that she give me all of the names of the guys that helped me. I'm grateful!! Nobody has to be nice to you but when they are it should be recognized. Keep up the great work!! This store deserves 5 stars and I highly recommend it. You won't regret doing business here!
