However this wasn’t the case for this AutoZone! I so happened to be up early on a Saturday so I got this done around 9am and finished by 9:25 (super speedy). Was welcomed with a friendly face, Reynaldo! He helped me find a battery and shared information on what would work best and what they had in stock - it was pricey, but it did have a 4-yr warranty so I got it. He installed in no time and made me feel re-assured through this process. A big shoutout to Reynaldo for going out of his way to making this process feel as smooth as possible - there’s not many people like this in the work field lately and he truly is infectious with his personality. I will be a returning customer!!
