  The manager's service is terrible; she doesn't accept guarantees and sends you to other places even if you have parties there.

  The night shift is a disaster because they close the register before closing time? Their closing time is 9 pm, and after 8:30 pm they stop accepting cash.

  I had a headlight out and I’d been looking for help in replacing it - I went to autozone after work and Maria A was such a great help - once she started asking me questions I didn’t know how to answer she said “let’s look at the car “ and there she helped me figure out what I needed and was super nice to help me replace it !!! Really really appreciate your help Maria !

  The night shift staff there are some of the most unprofessional people I’ve ever met. I will never go to this location and I hope no one ever goes to this location. They could not process a return for me where they clearly said I could get my money back if I came back to return the item I purchased at this location. I went 30min right before closing and they gave me a hard time. Telling me I could only get store credit and not my money back. I told them that’s not what I was told, buddy went and got the manager and the manager who also said that they couldn’t refund me. It looked like he was just guessing store policy. So I just went to another location in Villa Park and they refunded me right away no questions asked even though I didn’t even purchase the item there at the VP location. Pls hire some competent employees
