- RCRich CastelanNov 11, 20251.0The night shift staff there are some of the most unprofessional people I’ve ever met. I will never go to this location and I hope no one ever goes to this location. They could not process a return for me where they clearly said I could get my money back if I came back to return the item I purchased at this location. I went 30min right before closing and they gave me a hard time. Telling me I could only get store credit and not my money back. I told them that’s not what I was told, buddy went and got the manager and the manager who also said that they couldn’t refund me. It looked like he was just guessing store policy. So I just went to another location in Villa Park and they refunded me right away no questions asked even though I didn’t even purchase the item there at the VP location. Pls hire some competent employees

The manager was in store I asked to have my battery checked since it had been a while that my car was left off. Didn’t try to charge it or anything just lazily said “ battery is no good” this is concerning that a manager has this work ethic and shows that AutoZone just throws positions at anyone. Took it to AutoZone on armitage they charged up my battery and said I was good to go. S/o armitage n kimball location!!!

- PVPatrick VotoOct 23, 20251.0Somehow had my account with another person's name on it that wasn't even close to mine. How can you add an account in your system and not make a fix of it at the store? Then I call the store with no explanation of why I was on hold and no mention to how long I would be on for. So then I called the store again. Same thing. Called a third time. Someone spoke to me and then said to please hold. No time mentioned and sat again for awhile. Called a fourth time, then they sent me over to commercial for my issue. Went there and they told me I was sent there wrongly and should have gone to corporate. Finally went to corporate to get it fixed. I just don't see how a customer could see the email in another account and think for a second that maybe something is off with it. Terrible service over the phone.
