    Been coming here over the years to get auto stuff like battery for my key fob. This summer I came in to ask them to scan my car as I see a check engine light. They were nice, I was shy to do so at first or that I would feel compelled to buy something because I used a free service. I know funny me but I didn’t feel that way afterwards.

    I went in for help with a really frustrating situation involving a locking lug nut on my car where the seller never gave me the key. I went back to the store several times to try a few different solutions, and each time I worked with Mercedes who was super kind and helpful. She took the time to show me a bunch of different products and solutions. Totally above and beyond!

    The associates at this Auto Zone were 0% helpful. I needed to put my front license plate on my car, but the preexisting screws didnt fit my new license plate. Just looked at it said I needed to screw new holes and walked away. No real additional information, I had to call my dad and he brought up a license plate frame might work so I went back inside and trying to trial an error see if the frames lined up with the holes on my car. Gave up. Very disappointed. Auto Zone workers in my past have been nothing but super helpful.
