I like auto zone but this specific location needs to reconsider their employees. While at the register, I over heard the workers talking about prietos in the back with his other workers. I spoke a little Spanish to let them know that I understood them. Then they got quiet and I lost my cool. Purchased my things and walked out. Prejudism should not be rewarded.

No lights, not even the fob was working. I used chat GPT to narrow down the problem and the part needed then called over to autozone to see if they had it. The employee who answered the phone, Carlos, was amazing. He made sense of what was going on after listening to my explanation of what was happening and had me send him a photo of the specific cart of my car to confirm the part I was asking for was actually the part I needed. They did not have it in stock so I began calling other auto supply places. I couldn’t find it anywhere but then to my surprise, Carlos reached out to me to let me know he had loooked into it a little further and determined I actually needed a slightly different part and that he had it in stock for $20! I could not believe that this person spent another second thinking about my car problem let alone researching and then making a point to reach back out to me knowing I was calling around to other places looking for the wrong part. So, a relative was able to pick up the part and unsurprisingly it was correct and I had my car back up and running within an hour. I will go out of my way to patronize this location in the future. highly recommend!
