Rather than doing that, the store manager Jimmy spent nearly an hour getting the old battery out and putting in the new one. Great experience from start to finish. Would absolutely recommend this location to help with any car issues.

- JTJacqueline TseNov 1, 20251.0Terrible service! We bought a battery with them about 2 years ago. The car wouldn’t start 3 times recently, but was able to jump start and it runs again. We went to Autozone TWICE to try to get the battery replaced cuz it’s still under warranty. They gave me a hard time BOTH TIMES and questioned why I need a replacement and if I knew how the battery works in a car. Why would I need to know how a battery works in a car??!? They checked the battery with their machine and said the battery is fine. We left without having anything done. Car wouldn’t start again and we had a mechanic diagnose the problem. It WAS a bad battery! We went to another Autozone and they didn’t question at all, gave us a replacement, and the car is working perfectly fine now! What a difference with different locations! Don’t go to this location!!!!
