My experience with Hector Abrego at Autozone at 3311 S Archer was superb. His customer service was great, he ensured that everyone was recognized and received help while he was assisting me. He was patient and kind, completed my purchases and installed my battery within 20 minutes. Thank you very much for the smile and pleasant personalty!

I just wanted to thank Maria for her time yesterday. She was really helpful helping find a 6pack coil pack and spark plugs for my car, which had the engine light turn on yesterday. I was able to fix it quickly today, and I’m back on the road. I couldn’t have done it without her- thank you again ❤️🎄

Came here to get my battery checked out and the service engine soon alert. Stephanie H supported me immediately and even printed out the battery percentage and parts I'd need changed. Will definitely come here again.

This AutoZone used to be REALLY good with customer service. Lately they’ve fallen off in the last year I’ve seen management change. I think they brought in a guy from Texas who I chatted with because I’m from Texas. I came in once to pick up an online order and they gave me the wrong oil type but kept rushing me to the self checkout because they were busy fortunately I noticed and swapped it for the right oil. Generally this wouldn’t be an issue, but what if someone doesn’t notice and puts that oil in their vehicle? While there might be a liability policy to protect AutoZone employees this still isn’t okay. Now onto today. I ordered a battery for my Silverado, upon arrival I noticed the battery I have was covered under warranty. So I wanted a refund for the new battery i just ordered and I wanted another battery. Jimmy was the employee who was supposed to help me. My biggest issue is when he brought the new battery he dropped it on the counter causing it to shake. Now maybe my master mechanic Mexican grandfather from Monterey was just ringing in my ear yknow the “PTSD” of yelling at us for doing stuff like that. But here is the issue, is that dropping a battery like that could damage the internals of the battery which might be your intent to bring me back to spend $300 which I was prepared to spend on a new battery until I found out mine was covered under warranty. But to give you the benefit of the doubt, batteries aren’t that heavy and we’re young men, our abuelos are a lot stronger than us still in their 80s no need to be tossing around a battery like you just hit 225lbs on the bench for the first time. As a customer I’d really appreciate not have to come back because you gave me a battery that doesn’t work because you tossed it around like that. I’m a frequent customer of this AutoZone been coming here for 5+ years from water pumps and starters to regular oil changes and fluids. I’ve seen a lot of faces pass through this AutoZone but I can see that the customer service is lacking and it seems like yall aren’t interested in working in the automotive parts industry or maybe still learning. In either case at least be careful with the merchandise.
