  Lola provided excellent customer care and service. She was very attentive and understanding of my needs. I asked a lot of questions and she was very patient. She looked up all the products that I needed with my VIN# and ensured that I purchased the right oil, antifreeze, etc. I’d recommend Lola for providing outstanding customer care @ Autozone Service. I’ll definitely be back to receive Lola’s help again. Thank you!

  El servicio fue muy bueno, la atención muy amable, sólo que al manager no le gustó que yo le cambiara las pastillas de los frenos a mi carro. En el parking de AutoZone debería poner un letrero donde diga que es prohibido realizar trabajos a su propio vehículo en el parqueadero de AutoZone para uno saber ir a otro lugar donde uno sí pueda comprar las cosas ir a hacer ahí mismo sus arreglos sin ningún problema

  I had a very frustrating experience with an associate named Chao. I called to ask about a specific part and understood that it wasn’t an exact match, but I wanted to confirm whether it was compatible. Chao immediately said no, but both online sources and mechanics confirmed that it is compatible. When I tried to ask follow-up questions and clarify the return policy, he became short, annoyed, and kept cutting me off. His tone was rude and unprofessional. I even expressed that I was frustrated and just needed help — and instead of assisting me, he hung up on me. Customer service should be about helping customers understand their options, not rushing them off the phone. I was fully prepared to purchase the part and spend my money here, but after this interaction, I will be taking my business elsewhere. This experience made me feel disrespected and unwilling to call or shop at this location again.

  Stephanie H is very informative, helpful, patient, knowledgeable and hands on person. She went above and beyond this morning, she recommended oil and spark plugs. She checked my check engine light and fixed my oil stick. I am very grateful for her!!!! I will be back, 10/10 customer service!
