The people who work at this location are total frauds and let me explain in detail what I mean by this.
When I walked in to return a newly bought car battery which is unused one of the junior associates seeked assistance from another store associate. That store associate told me that one of the tags seems like it was peeled up so he was refusing to return a newly bought battery after 2 days of buying it when the first associate tried making it known to him that that tag was peeled up inside that store when I walked in the associate who told me that he couldn't take the battery back changes up his story and says that they cannot accept returns of any battery sold from AutoZone's when I asked him where does it say that in the purchase receipt he told me that information is available online on AutoZone website I told him that this does not sound right so I went online while he was gone from the counter and looked up the store policy it clearly gives you the ability to return any unused merchandise within 90 days of purchase. So when I seek his assistance back he didn't show up to the counter another person showed up to the counter which looks more appropriately and dressed as a manager of the store and he has a name tag with this title this time I knew I was speaking to the manager and when I asked why the other person claimed himself to be the manager of the store while the actual manager's present He says both are the managers. Long story short this so-called store manager accuses me of trying to deceive the store of something from the sad battery that I purchased two days earlier He was basically trying to imply that I acted maliciously in returning this battery which does not make sense at all. So when I confront him about this and said I was going to bring it to another store and they will accept it he said he could take care of it at that store so I let him try accepting the return instead of me having to go to another store. Just like the first guy who had played games with me the so-called manager also tried pulling his own deceiving acts on me. After putting in my phone number instead of scanning the barcode to accept the return what he would do is he would click on the screen and then show me why the screen would freeze or wouldn't accept the return and he would do this wasting my time between three different computers just to give me the illusions that he had tried to do everything and It was not working and so I took the battery back with me to another store and immediately after my phone number is put in the system they scan the barcode and just like that the return was approved within 30 seconds. So these frauds knowingly tried deceiving me by selling me false store policy information when I looked it up and confronted them about that they kept deceiving me by acting as though they were trying to process the return but in bad faith. DisManager should have done better and should have never acted like one of their associates so if they're associates behave like this I'm sure they do this all the time and it is not the first time this is what I find most of the time when something bad happens that's not the first time they do it to people and this is likely how they train their employees to operate. Beware of going to this AutoZone store there are a lot of deceiving actors and it's their regular and common practice over at that store. I had also recorded the whole interaction on my phone so they cannot tell me that there is some misunderstanding because that would be a total BS at this point because I see how they do things over at this location versus another location.

I wanted to let Auto Zone know that you have a great asset in Jovanny. Yesterday, I came in for an auto diagnostic. At first, I was scared to ask him because the doors had just opened. He immediately smiled and this put me at ease. After the diagnostic on my engine light; he printed out the problem and took his time explaining it to me! He was very professional! Its great to have someone with good customer service help you these days.

I used to come here often because the customer service here was helpful. Now I'd rather drive out of my way to a store that actually follows real policies. Came to return a faulty obd2 and buy a new one, didn't even get to say that though. The cashier had an attitude, walked away when I started to say i had to return something. Came back to say no because something electric can only be returned the next day. Followed by a "i don't feel like being here" attitude. Went to another autozone, returned it without an issue because I had a receipt and only bought it 3 days ago. Safe to say I'll only be shopping online now. Clearly people have forgot what customer service is supposed to be like.
