Came to return a faulty obd2 and buy a new one, didn't even get to say that though. The cashier had an attitude, walked away when I started to say i had to return something. Came back to say no because something electric can only be returned the next day. Followed by a "i don't feel like being here" attitude. Went to another autozone, returned it without an issue because I had a receipt and only bought it 3 days ago. Safe to say I'll only be shopping online now. Clearly people have forgot what customer service is supposed to be like.
