Employees cannot refund you money and don’t know how to process orders or returns, spoke with store manager and wasted time and had to go through corporate just to get a refund that was done wrong by an employee who works Sunday of September 28.

Extremely rude employees. The woman working at the register sold us the wrong part and assured us it was identical to the one we asked for (news flash, it wasn’t!). She was whispering rude remarks under her breath during the whole interaction, acting like we were bothering her for patronizing her store. Meanwhile, the store manager was moping around like he was high, and did not step in once .Save your time and go to OReilly’s.

They are super lazy at this location. I needed a check engine diagnostic run, they handed me the machine and said I had to do it myself because they don't do it anymore.
Save yourself the trouble and go down the street to O'Reillys on Foster/Harlem they will gladly do it for you.
