Miguel and the store manager (I believe his name was Kristen) were absolutely amazing. They took the time to really explain the issue I was having with my car and walked me through exactly what I needed. Both were incredibly patient and understanding.
I know enough about cars to get by, but they went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything. Miguel was especially kind and made me feel very welcomed from the moment I walked in. He also gave me great suggestions for healthier products for my vehicle. I thought I already had good products, but after trying the ones he recommended, my leather looks literally brand new.
Please give this man a raise! And thank you again to the store manager for being so patient and helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I was at your location today, Sunday. I am from out of town and was visiting to get parts for my car. While I was there, a young lady came into the store with a battery in her cart. She was explaining to an employee that she needed the battery recharged because it was not holding a charge and was still under warranty.
The store manager stepped in and overrode the sales associate. He was extremely rude to the customer and would not give her the time of day to help resolve her battery issue. He directed other employees not to charge her battery or assist her in any way. He was very demanding toward the sales associates and yelled at the customer, which was highly unprofessional.
As a store manager myself, I was very concerned by how he treated this young lady. This behavior is unacceptable. I felt compelled to leave this review. The young lady was also disabled, and I found it especially troubling that she was treated this way while she was alone.
I do not recommend this store location if this is how customers—especially disabled individuals—are treated.

5 stars for Liliana who was very helpful in helping me select the correct wipers for my vehicle and for the young man who assisted in installing them.
3 stars for the associates who “disappeared” into the back when I requested assistance, loudly discussing who gets the last piece of pizza.
Don’t offer free services if your staff isn’t willing to step up and assist their coworkers or their customers.
