  I came to ask about getting my battery tested. The cashier told me if the guy feels up to it he'll let me know. Then he walks off was very unprofessional.

  All of the AutoZones that I have been to over the years all of the cell representatives are kind and very helpful they call me trouble I'm alway buying something I appreciate the kindness that they show towards their customers

  Michael is the Manager at this location, he gave me Superb customer service. This is my go to Auto Zone in Chicago. I take my mother's car to this location. If you want quality service, honesty... and someone that's NOT trying to rip you off like they try with women. I Strongly suggest you visit this location. Even the newbies are helpful. I'll go around the block for good customer service. Thank you Michael for your Excellent Customer Service. There's a auto part store on every corner in Chigao. AutoZone is truly Fortunate to have you.
