Worst customer service worst store always lazy employee bought breaks online sent wrong ones went to exchange they said their system was down didn’t want to do the work went to a different store again wrong ones came back to exchange here gave me the excuse of I needed the receipt came back again receipt in hand now they said their used

The most incompetent staff I’ve ever done business with on more than one occasion. Everyone just stands around and will not help you, Employees and general manager are combative and unwilling to help even when you have receipts. They just tell you to go to a different store cause they are unwilling to help and lack any knowledge or expertise on how to help you. Truly bottom of the barrel people inside stemming from the manager.
