The person who answered the phone on January 27, 2026, around 7:00 PM told me they do not offer this service at this location and that I would need to go to Touhy Ave and Western. Later, I found out that any location can provide this service—it seemed like the person who answered the phone simply didn’t want to help. I ended up going to the Touhy Ave location and received excellent service. I highly recommend going to Touhy Ave instead of Clark. The Touhy Ave team truly rocks!
- AGAmanda GarciaJan 25, 20265.0I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS LOCATION!!! I came into for help with re-attaching my passenger wiper blade. It's snowing today and with the condensation a build up of ice formed on my windshield wiper blades. I was taking the ice off and suddenly the passenger blade fell off. I originally went to the Autozone on Western & Addison, and the person working there was so rude and didn't even try to hear me out - I asked if someone could help me snap the blade back on because the bracket was still attached to the arm. If it wasn't possible, I'd buy a new passenger wiper blade. The employee rudely said, "We don't do installation! Buy a new one." I left angry so I came to this location. I waited a few minutes for an available employee to help me. Within 2 minutes, my wiper blade was reattached. I appreciate every single employee that works here. They are so nice and respectful! I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much!
