    Jay the manager and the other guy did not want to exchange a battery I bought three weeks ago. I had the receipt and it showed in the system the type of battery they sold me at another autozone but he said it wasn’t their problem that another location sold me a different battery than what my car needs. In general is the same company. If I could give a zero I would.

    I purchased an alternator from AutoZone that turned out to be defective. I had to return it and was given a replacement, but unfortunately, that didn’t solve the bigger issue—I had already paid twice for labor to remove and reinstall the alternator because of the defective part. I contacted AutoZone to see if they would help reimburse the labor costs since their faulty product caused the extra expense. I spoke with an assistant manager named Jeremy, who first identified himself as an assistant manager, but when I asked to speak with the store manager, he suddenly claimed to be the manager and “the boss.” His attitude was very unprofessional, dismissive, and he made it clear he didn’t care about my situation or the relationship between me and AutoZone as a customer. His exact words were basically that it “doesn’t matter” because I’m just like any other customer. This experience left me extremely disappointed—not only in the defective product but in the lack of professionalism and customer care.
