The first time coming here I had a bad experience after returning an item and the money never coming back to my account.
Coming back, I was attended by a gentlemen Xander or something I believe, who was very rude and impatient. Not to mention unprofessional. This establishment also says that it closes at 10 but they closed at about 9:50 which is misleading for people driving far distances for parts only available at certain stores. I would have thought Auto Zone valued their customer a bit more. It only takes 5-10 minutes max for a transaction, losing $300 on a sale. It’s just bad for business IMO. Since I will most likely be going somewhere different, after being a loyal customer for over a decade since their services only keeps getting worse.

This review is for the spot right next to the orange line. Beatriz provides professional, courteous service. She helped me out with my battery. Her service is 10 out of 10.

Jay the manager and the other guy did not want to exchange a battery I bought three weeks ago. I had the receipt and it showed in the system the type of battery they sold me at another autozone but he said it wasn’t their problem that another location sold me a different battery than what my car needs. In general is the same company. If I could give a zero I would.

I purchased an alternator from AutoZone that turned out to be defective. I had to return it and was given a replacement, but unfortunately, that didn’t solve the bigger issue—I had already paid twice for labor to remove and reinstall the alternator because of the defective part.
I contacted AutoZone to see if they would help reimburse the labor costs since their faulty product caused the extra expense. I spoke with an assistant manager named Jeremy, who first identified himself as an assistant manager, but when I asked to speak with the store manager, he suddenly claimed to be the manager and “the boss.” His attitude was very unprofessional, dismissive, and he made it clear he didn’t care about my situation or the relationship between me and AutoZone as a customer. His exact words were basically that it “doesn’t matter” because I’m just like any other customer.
This experience left me extremely disappointed—not only in the defective product but in the lack of professionalism and customer care.
