The store was playing loud rap music with highly explicit and profane lyrics. This is completely unprofessional and frankly, offensive, for a public retail space that is frequented by families, children, and people of all ages. The background music choice created a hostile and uncomfortable environment, forcing me to rush my purchase just to leave. AutoZone needs to seriously re-evaluate its in-store music policy and ensure that all content is appropriate for a general audience. This is not how a major national retailer should operate. I will be taking my business elsewhere until this issue is resolved.

I came in to get a part on 11/25 and he kept trying to tell me I needed a belt for my part and started talking to my mechanic saying that he would have to do it all over again if I didn't get the belt because we should trust him because he works on cars, after almost convincing me right before I was about to pay i called and asked first and my guy told me I don't need a new belt because mine is fine. After telling the employee I didn't need the belt he said DAMN! He was disappointed because he almost had me but to say that in our face WOW I'm a young black man but he didn't care just tried to take advantage of me to get some commission. I'll think about his BAD 👎🏽 customer service before I come back to this location. My car is running fine now I didn't need the belt!
