  Terrible customer service by Juancarlos P. NOT helpful at all, and has no social skills. I know this is not managments fault because the other associates are always helpful. Perhaps senior leadership can offer Juan Carlos P some coaching on retail customer service. It is immediately warranted

  Shelves stocked, multiple employees in the store at the counter. Went in for a battery swap but the attendant couldn’t get the rusted washer off the terminal that someone else had interestingly placed. Staff was understanding when I let them know I’d have to come back another day for the purchase.

  Super friendly and helpful! It was negative degrees out and of course the check engine light came on. We went in to get it checked. The helpful associate connected their thingy majig and we were printed out a paper with the codes that popped up and the items with pricing.

  Like going to autozone until they could Figure out why my battery was returned twice and now I dont have warranty and they wanted me to drive 30min away when I cant get my car started to the original store I bought the battery because last time I swapped it out at there store somebody messed up

  Denise was extremely helpful and patient handling the corrosion of my battery terminals. I genuinely didn’t think it would come off. Great customer service!! :)
