When I say this is the BEST AUTOZONE, I highly mean that. I come from out Des Plaines, IL just to come get my service done at this location. And Rosa , SHE WAS AMAZING!!! Great customer service. And actually helped me assisting with my light issues. Overall this location is great !! 100x better than any other Autozone I been too. Thanks too all your staff !!! (:

If I could give a 0 I would. Rude employees, none experienced customer service. I work for a business that has an account with you all and the way your commercial service answers phone and how they can’t even try to help with a “PIN number” when at any other time it’s fine to give the company’s ph number and you guys can find our account JUST fine, these jerks decided to be rude, had me on hold for over 5 minutes and just to say “well you obviously never deal with us because we always need the PIN number” is beyond me.
I would say just have the basic skills of customer service specially with businesses that are constantly ordering from you guys. If you’re not happy with your job then look for another one however don’t try to screw a partnership over your lack of experience on business and customer service.

I have a commercial account and came in after commercial hours and on a Sunday at that. Denise, manager on duty actually went the extra mile and a half just to help me out. What the other store could not do for me she did with so much ease. Thank you very much
