  Protect Sosa at all costs. Definitely the girls girl! She was so helpful and kind. Customer service was great, even when dealing with a difficult guest before she helped me. What a doll. Seems like every time you go to an auto store for help everyone looks, sounds, and acts irritated. Not the case with Sosa, Jesus, everyone I came into contact with, they definitely are doing it right. Such a great team when I went in. I was in between 10-1pm, I can’t speak for the other shifts but Sosa and the gang were top tier, too shelf, top notch associates.

  Big shout out to Noe! I came in needing help with my tail light, and he went above and beyond. He walked me through everything step by step explaining what I needed, why, and even showing me how to handle the replacement myself. Exhausting all options for me to get the right product on the way out. Super patient, friendly, and easy to talk to the whole time. You can tell he actually cares about helping people, not just selling parts. If every AutoZone employee had this kind of patience and knowledge, car problems would be a lot less stressful. Thanks again, you definitely earned a loyal customer today!

  Khadija is simply AMAZING!!!!!!! I came in to purchase oil for my truck. When I began to take the cap off, somehow the oil filler tube came off with it. I had NO idea what I had just done. I literally thought I broke it. She came out & explained to me it was broken & fixed it back in place for me. So I then take the oil cap off...(correctly)...this time & top off my engine oil. Only for the cap to fall deep into the crevices under my hood where my hand couldn't reach. I went back in & explained to her what happened & asked if she had a tool I reach it with. This amazing young lady with a biggest smile says no problem, let's go to your truck. I thought she was just being nice because it's part of being professional. But she literally, truly LOVES what she does. With no tool, just her arm, she climbed up under the hood of my truck & retrieved my oil cap. We laughed at how she just made it look so easy & that's when she explained she's had to do to things like a ton of times. She also stated she sometimes works on cars in her spare time when she's not working, which is why she was so happy to help me with my issue. And after everything even refused to let me tip her for her assistance. I know for some people this may not seem like a big deal, but when you've had the day I had where anything that could go wrong did go wrong & you have to deal with people who go out there way to make you have a bad day by be unprofessional because they don't like there job or whatever the reason. That little bit of kindness, care & compassion that Khadija showed me that day made forget about all the negative B.S. of that day. Thank you again Khadija for being simply AMAZING!!!!!
